12pm-12am - Half Price Skating with Bright Night wrist band
12pm-12am - Food Court
5pm - 2009 Skating Spectacular, featuring local area figure skaters.
5:30pm - Opening Ceremonies - featuring the mayor, the Banished Fools, and other dignitaries!
12 MIDNIGHT - LASER SHOW We suggest that the community gather between 11:30 and 11:45 pm in Kennedy Plaza to count down the New Year with us.

[The Skating Rink closes temporarily at 4:30pm for ice cleaning and figure skating warm-ups].
